Careful post-procedural anticoagulation/antiplatelet (AC/AP) management is required to mitigate the risk of bleeding and/or thrombotic complications. Clearly documented recommendations for when to restart AC/AP medications after endoscopy are an essential component for ensuring high-quality post-procedure management. However, these recommendations are often missing from post-procedural documentation.
