Make a 360-degree extraoral scan of the complete or interim removable maxillary denture using an intraoral scanner (IOS) (TRIOS 3; 3Shape A/S), capturing the intaglio and cameo prosthesis surfaces. Scan the mandibular arch and occlusal registration intraorally. Save all scans as standard tessellation language (STL) files (Figure 1, Figure 2).
