The genome assembly and all of the re-sequencing data used in this study have been deposited in the Genome Sequence Archive [78] at the National Genomics Data Center (NGDC), Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) / China National Center for Bioinformation (CNCB) (GSA: CRA005019), and are publicly accessible at https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gsa.
