Delwin Millan Villarante, MSHI, BSN, RN, CTFL, is a clinical software test engineer for the Solution Reliability, Connected Care BU at Philips Healthcare in Cambridge, MA; and a Critical Care Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA. He is currently completing his DNP at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Sharon C. O’Donoghue, DNP, RN, is a nurse specialist in Professional Development and the Coordinator of the Transition to Practice Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Monica Medeiros, PT, DPT, is an inpatient physical therapist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts.

Erin Milton, PT, DPT, NCS, is a physical therapist and Board Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist at Spaulding rehab in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

Kayley Walsh, MSW, LICSW, is a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in hospital and critical care settings. Along with her continued inpatient work, she is also the director of a group therapy practice where she exclusively sees healthcare workers and first responders. In addition, she is adjunct faculty at Simmons University, in the Field Education Department.

Ashley L. O'Donoghue, PhD, is an economist at the Center for Healthcare Delivery Science, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts; and an instructor in the Department of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts.

Leo Anthony Celi, MD, MSc, MPH, is currently the clinical research director and principal research scientist at the Laboratory for Computational Physiology at MIT and a practicing intensivist at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Celi’s work focuses on scaling clinical research to be more inclusive through open access data and software, particularly for limited resource settings; identifying bias in the data to prevent them from being encrypted in models and algorithms; and redesigning research using the principles of team science and the hive learning strategy.

Margaret M. Hayes, MD, ATSF, is the director of the medical intensive care units at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and a medical educator doing research on critical care education, end of life communication, and critical thinking.

Justin Dilibero, DNP, APRN, CCRN-K, CCNS, ACCNS-AG, FCNS, is the interim dean of the Zvart Onanian School of Nursing at Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island.
