Staffan Strömblad is Professor of Clinical Molecular Biology at Karolinska Institutet (KI) since 2009 and performs research on cell–matrix interactions and cancer. At KI, Strömblad also serves as the Director of the Live Cell Imaging Core Facility and of the Breast Cancer Theme Center and as Member of the Nobel Assembly.
