Kimura’s disease is a rare, chronic inflammatory disorder with an unknown etiology. It typically affects young Asian males, with a male-to-female ratio ranging from 3.5:1 to 9:1. The disease is characterized by the presence of subcutaneous nodules in the head and neck region, along with lymphadenopathy and salivary gland involvement. Orbital involvement is rare, when it does occur, it usually affects the eyelid and lacrimal gland.
