Effect of an Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Intervention on Postpandemic Era Nurses' Subjective Well-being, Job Burnout, and Psychological Adaptation

LiHua Liu, BSc, is the primary author. She is a graduate student in psychology. She was the primary contributor to the design of the intervention, analysis, and data interpretation. Li Tian, RN, is a head nurse, and she is a certified occupational health nurse and leader for the occupational health programs in the outpatient department. Jing Jiang, MSc, RN, is a deputy director of nursing. She participated in the whole process management of the intervention project and was the primary contributor to the study design. Yanqi Zhang, BSc, is a graduate student in psychology and assisted in the intervention process. Xinyu Chi, BSc, is a graduate student in psychology and assisted in questionnaire administration. Weike Liu, RN, is a nurse in charge, nucleic acid testing clinic nurse at Railroad Hospital, and a member of the intervention program. Yun-Hua Zhao, PhD, is visiting staff, who contributed to manuscript revision and the accuracy and integrity of the final version. Ping Sun, MMSC, is a master tutor at a university psychology department, counselor, the supervisor of the intervention process, and contributed to critical revisions for intellectual content and final approval of the version to be submitted.

This study was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University (no. 2022-132). Participants provided written informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.
