The data that support the findings of this study are available from the NSW Ministry of Health, but restrictions apply to the availability of these data. To protect individuals’ privacy and confidentiality, researchers only have access to anonymized data under strict guidelines for the ethical use of data, including approval of projects by accredited ethics committees.
