Qatar University Health (QU Health) was honored with the distinguished college award in recognition of the engaging and captivating pavilion at the Alumni Reunion gathering, which embodied the essence of roots and branches.

Dr. Alla El-Awaisi, Director of Clinical Operations and Engagement at QU Health, received the award from QU President, Dr. Omar Al-Ansari, and the President of QU’s Alumni Association, HE Dr. Sheikh Faleh Bin Nasser Al Thani.

QU Health's corner was transformed into a symbolic ‘Roots & Branches’ tent, meticulously designed to reflect the history of QU Health colleges, while embracing the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. The QU Health pavilion served as a living narrative, narrating the story of QU Health through the lens of its five distinguished colleges and offices. The corner, with its intricate design and attention to detail, became a visual representation of how QU Health is finessing its past and nurturing the future of its students.

As a graduate of QU, the Vice President for Health and Medical Sciences, Prof. Asma Al-Thani reflected on the recent accolade, “This recognition not only celebrates our collective achievements but underscores the significance of unity, collaboration, and the profound impact of interconnected efforts within QU Health's journey.
