There is an error in the confidence interval in the abstract and main text of this article [1]. The confidence interval written in the Results of the abstract and the fourth sentence of the “Fruit and vegetable consumption” section in Results (p.1378) for the association between ‘fruits and vegetables’ and odds of hypertension is incorrectly written as "OR = 0.80; 95% CI: 0.24–1.17;”, when it should be the same as the confidence interval stated in Figure 2, OR = 0.80; 95% CI: 0.72–0.89.
