This Delphi study identifies key naturopathic treatment elements for women with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR).

Naturopathic treatment is individualised and targets general well-being and/or fertility in women with DOR.

It is a robust starting point for guiding development of naturopathic interventions for future research.
